Following a successful strategic review of it's management system, carried out by the British Standards Institute, Teligence has maintained it's BS EN ISO 9001 accreditation, which has now been extended through until October 2011. This accreditation forms an integral part of the commitment to our customers and has been implemented with a view to continuous improvements being maintained throughout the business.
