Teligence Service Provisioning engineers are trained specialist in operational methods and procedures that support our clients to design, plan, route and provision circuits over their networks. Our engineers are experienced and skilled users of provisioning tools and databases as well as OEM network management platforms.
Our Service Operation Centre is equipped and staffed to interface with our clients NOC and field engineers in order to provide comprehensive support that delivers service against commitment deadlines.
Teligence qualified installers receive hands-on training on applicable technologies and are equipped with job-specific tools and test equipment. On arrival our installers are equipped with the instructions, procedures, drawings and materials, ready to commence work promptly to exacting standards. On completion, Teligence installation supervisors and/or quality auditors conduct final inspections, adhering to customer and industry specific requirements as well as ISO processes.
